Mpho Manyabe holds a BSc Honours Degree in Environmental Management and has over eighteen (18) years of professional experience in the field of Environmental Management, gained through her work with various environmental consulting firms.
She was previously nominated to serve on the Gauteng Department of Agriculture, Rural Development and the Environment (GDARDE) Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) Committee, which was officially launched on 31 March 2015. The committee comprised EAPs and GDARDE officials and was responsible for providing quarterly reports to the Executive Authority (Member of the Executive Committee – MEC) on issues identified as impediments to improving departmental efficiencies.
Mpho has also served as a member of the Academic Advisory Committee for the Environmental Science Programme within the Department of Environmental, Water and Earth Sciences, Faculty of Science, at the Tshwane University of Technology. She served in this role for a period of three (3) years, contributing to the preparation and provision of relevant, high-quality teaching and learning content. Her appointment was based on her recognised expertise in Environmental Sciences and Environmental Management, with the objective of enhancing programme delivery and student outcomes.
She is registered with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) as a Certificated Natural Scientist and is also a registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner with the Environmental Assessment Practitioners Association of South Africa (EAPASA).

RUDZANI MABASO
ADMIN UNIT MANAGER
Rudzani Mabaso holds a National Certificate (N6) in Financial Management obtained from Ekurhuleni West College. She has extensive experience within the Banking Sector, having previously been employed as a Multi-Skilled Consultant at First National Bank (FNB). She has nine (9) years of professional experience in Retail Banking, during which she fulfilled various roles and assignments, including Sales and Service, Foreign Exchange (Forex), Procurement, and Administrative functions, while consistently ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Rudzani is currently employed at Manyabe Consultancy (Pty) Ltd as an Admin Unit Manager, where she is responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties to support the efficient and effective operation of the business. In this role, she applies a range of administrative tools and processes to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation.

ROMEO MPOFU
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER: ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT UNIT

Romeo Mpofu currently holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Environmental Science and Health from the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe (SAQA evaluated – Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Environmental Health). Romeo is registered with the Environmental Assessment Practitioners Association of South Africa (EAPASA). His registration with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) as a Professional Natural Scientist is currently underway. Romeo is an erudite EAP with an extensive track record in applying the various tools and disciplines of Integrated Environmental Management (IEM), both as a consultant and as an Environmental Control Officer (ECO). He has been actively involved in the preparation of numerous Basic Assessment Reports (BARs) and Environmental Impact Assessment Reports (EIARs) for small- to large-scale projects within the chemical, construction, sanitation, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors in South Africa.

FANNY GEZANI MABASA

Fanny Gezani Mabasa holds a BSc Honours Degree in Environmental Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA) 2024; a Bachelor of Environmental Science from University of Venda (UNIVEN) 2009 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from UNISA 2018. He has fifteen (15) years of working experience. Fanny holds dual professional registration with the Environmental Assessment Practitioners Association of South Africa (EAPASA) as a registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) and with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) as a Candidate Natural Scientist. He has worked as an Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP), Environmental Officer (EO), and Environmental Control Officer (ECO). He has extensive experience in conducting environmental audits under various authorisations, including Water Use Licences (WULs), General Authorisations (GAs), Environmental Authorisations (EAs), Environmental Management Programmes (EMPrs), Waste Management Licences (WMLs), and other regulatory permits. He has conducted numerous Public Participation Processes (PPPs) and possesses practical skills in water sampling, dust monitoring, noise monitoring, as well as environmental aspects and impacts identification and monitoring. He has knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (EMS) of International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) 14001.
